Certified True Copies in Chile

Notary-certified copies of your documents, so you do not have to hand over your originals.

Many institutions accept a notary-certified copy instead of the original: the notary compares the copy with the document and certifies that it is a true copy. You keep your degrees, passports or deeds.

We coordinate the certification with a notary's office and, if the copy will be used outside Chile, we also handle its apostille and certified translation, in the order the receiving institution requires.

How it works

  1. Send us a copy

A clear photo or scan of the document is enough for a quote. Tell us the country or institution where you will submit it.

  2. Get your quote

We confirm price, turnaround and whether you also need an apostille, legalization or notarial signature. No obligation.

  3. We do the work

We translate, certify and handle the steps with notaries, ministries or consulates as required.

  4. Delivery

You receive the document digitally, on paper by courier, or both, depending on what the receiving institution requires.

Common languages for this service

We translate to and from Spanish and English in more than twenty languages. If yours is not listed, ask us.

Frequently asked questions

Can a copy of a foreign document be certified?

Generally yes: the notary certifies that the copy matches the document presented. If it also needs translating, we coordinate both in one order.

Request a quote

Prices depend on the language, the type of document, the destination country and the deadline. Tell us what you need and we will reply with a free, no-obligation quote.
